Rental Agreement/Event Agreement
Terms and Conditions
Please go through our inventory on our rental section and pick out the items you want to rent. You can decorate on your own and return all items at the end of the rental period. All items reserved for your event are also included under this agreement.
Please read carefully the following sections.
The normal Rental Period is 5 days. For events scheduled on Saturday, your items will be available (by appointment only) on the Thursday or Friday before your event and returned the following Sunday or Monday (by appointment only). Extended rentals are also available at an extra cost.

Please include the event date and location. We will review your items for availability.
A down payment of 50% of the total Rental Agreement is required to secure your date and the items selected. Please note: ALL DOWN PAYMENTS to reserve your items are NON REFUNDABLE. The reservation of an item secures the item and prevents the rental of that item to any other client for your reserved rental period.
The remaining 50% of the total Rental Agreement must be paid 14 days prior to the event date. In addition to the remaining balance due, a SECURITY DEPOSIT of 35% of the total Rental Agreement or an agreed amount depending on the value of the items.
The Security Deposit will be held to cover the cost of any damages incurred to items while in your care. If all items are returned safely without damage, your money will be refunded to you upon receipt of items at the end of the rental period.
We will make every attempt to have available the items you have selected but due to unforeseen problems, such as breakage, we have the right to make substitutions to a similar item of quality and value.
All rented items including, bins, boxes, bags, hangers and packing materials must be returned in the same condition as time of pick-up.
Important - It is the responsibility of the client to make sure other individuals helping with your event understand the terms and agreement.
There will be no refunds for cancellations of event or for any items/dates that have been reserved. Please review your items & invoice carefully. Once items are agreed upon, they cannot be cancelled.
Please DO NOT wash the linens. Place linens in plastic bags or bins provided. If linens are heavily soiled or have been damaged during the event, a replacement charge will be accessed for each damaged item.
DELIVERY FEE AND/OR PICK UP FEE
We deliver and pick up items for a fee depending on the distance and location.
If the rental items are not returned on the agreed date, same rental fee per day applies and deducted from the security deposit.
The client agrees that Classy&Graceful Events holds no liability for any damage or injury caused by the use of rental items to renter or any third party. The client assumes all risk of personal property damage or personal injury.
Please note that if your party exceeds 12 midnight and we have to work beyond this time, you will be charged $50 more per person (for labour).
By accepting these terms listed in this agreement, you agree to allow Classy$Graceful Events permission to use photos of your event on our websites, social media sites, advertisements, etc. with the understanding that you will not profit from them in any way.
Any deposit received will serve as agreement and acceptance of these terms.
